Tanju Bilgin is one of the top restaurateurs in the capital city. His Mondo Pazzo is known for its legendary Italian cuisine and celebrity patrons well beyond Berlin's city limits.

Integrated re-design of a restaurant, from planning to implementation with craftsmen in the various disciplines. The entire conversion phase from gutting to completion lasted one month.
